Works

All our vehicles carry a good selection of parts, to enable most repairs to be carried out on the spot without the need for a second visit to site, thus keeping costs to a minimum.
We use various manufacturers to ensure the products fitted are suitable for your needs. Our engineers are also experienced to carry out servicing of the older type floor spring units (spare parts permitting).

Maintenance

Maintenance programmes are an integral part of our business and our engineers are able to tailor a plan to best suit your needs. Please contact us to make an appointment and get a free quotation.

Payment

All service works will be invoiced on completion and are to be paid within 30 days from date of invoice. It is standard to pay cheque or cash on completion of all initial works for any new customer. Any future works will be invoiced from thereafter. Sometimes it is necessary to request a deposit to begin production of purpose made goods i.e. new doors. top

Orders

At present all orders are taken by telephone or e-mail. Please contact sales on either 01277 375040 or via the contact page.

Our aim is to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. All items will be dispatched together. If an item will be out of stock for longer than 5 days, we will inform you of the expected delivery date. All prices quoted exclude vat. 17.5% vat will be added to all orders

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment can also be made by cheque against a pro-forma invoice. Please note the delivery address must match the card holders registered address for security reasons.

Carriage

Delivery is to Mainland UK, Monday – Friday.
All weights are based on the total weight of the consignment.

  • Up to 1kg £6.00 plus vat.
  • 1kg to 10kg £9.00 plus vat.
  • 11kg to 30kg £15.00 plus vat.

Deliveries over 30kg will be priced accordingly.

Delivery

All goods are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment, or following a cheque clearance if paying by pro-forma. We aim to deliver goods by courier the next working day for orders placed before midday, unless an item is out of stock, however please allow up to 3 working days. On occasion it may be necessary to send goods direct from the manufacturer i.e. special order products. All goods will require a signature on receipt. Unfortunately we cannot send any goods to a PO Box No.

Cancellations and Returns

You have 7 working days in which to return any unwanted goods. The goods must be returned in their original condition, original packaging and must not have been assembled or used. We will issue a refund to your debit/credit card once we receive the goods. We will not issue a refund on any delivery costs. Should you wish us to arrange a courier to collect the goods, you will be charged a collection fee.

Any item which has been specially ordered will be non-refundable.

If goods are incorrect or faulty you must notify us within 2 days of receiving them. A full refund/exchanged will be given on receiving the returned goods. top

Security

We will only use any information that we collect from yourselves in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not pass your information onto any 3rd party, other than carriers for delivery of goods. We do not record incoming or outgoing telephone calls. top
