Maintenance

Planned Preventative Maintenance

What is it?

A scheduled service visit to ensure an item of equipment is operating correctly and therefore avoid any un-expected breakdown and downtime.

Why do I need a maintenance programme?

Equipment failure is inconvenient and expensive to correct, compared to replacement or repair works. Faulty equipment can lead to security breaches which is both distressing and can be costly to a business.

Maintenance programmes offer a way to keep your premises secure all year round. If further works are required then quotations can be created swiftly and free of charge to advise you of what is required to keep your building safe and give you peace of mind. We have found maintenance programmes to be a cost savings exercise, thus alleviating individual call out charges and more serious problems occuring.

How does it work?

Maintenance programmes are an integral part of our business and our engineers are able to tailor a plan to best suit your buildings requirements. Our customers choose the level of maintenance they require, with the help and advice from our engineers. Important locations i.e. Main Entrance Doors can be maintained more regularly than other areas. Following the on site meeting, you will receive a quotation detailing the locations, time schedules and costs for a period of 12 months.
